Challenge for Codebreakers

UK intelligence agency GCHQ has launched a code-cracking competition to help attract new talent.
The organisation has invited potential applicants to solve the visual code posted at http://www.canyoucrackit.co.uk/
Once the code has been cracked, successful codebreakers will receive a keyword and an invitation to apply for a role at GCHQ's.
All applicants to GCHQ must be British Citizens, however, any individuals who have hacked illegally before would not be eligible to apply. Still, others can try to break the code just to test their skills ;)
The competition began in secret on 3 November and will continue until 12 December.

Update:
yes, i did it, it is really easy(not the code, but to crack it, lol) .... If you crack it, just after that you will see a page like the one given below and a mail as well, this have a link of a job offer, but only UK citizen are eligible for it, unfortunately i m not. But i am happy that i tried and cracked it :)
